150.0 lbs. I lost 12.5 lbs

It is recommended to add a fat into one’s diet after 16 days, so today I’m adding in 1 tsp of coconut oil or fish oil a day. This is coming from Nutritionists who are employed by Joe Cross on his Reboot with Joe site. I am using Joe’s siteĀ as a guideline for long term fasting but want more advanced medical advice.
